3. Income Tax Return for the last 3 years with Balance sheet, Profit & Loss a/c., and Computation of income & TDS Certificate, if any, attested by CA.
4. Bank statement for the last 1 year (Business & Saving).
5. Income Tax Return of the company for the last 3 years with Balance sheet, Profit & Loss a/c., Computation of income, TDS Certificate, if any, Form 3CA and Auditor’s report with all financials & annexure attested by CA.
6. MOA/AOA of the company.
7. List of Directors & Shareholding Pattern on the letterhead of the company attested by CA.
8. Board Resolution for authorized signatory on the letterhead of the company.
9. PAN Card of the company.
10. Address proof of the company.
11. Bank statement of the company for the last 1 year.
12. Processing Fee cheque in favor of HDFC Ltd.
13. Property Papers.

If the property is in joint name the bank needs the following papers of the co-applicant:

1. Age, Address & ID Proof.
2. One Photograph (Signed).

All the documents have to be self attested.
