1. Age, Address & ID Proof.
2. One Photograph (Signed).
3. Income Tax Returns for the last three years with Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss a/c., Computation of Income & TDS Certificate, if any, attested by CA.
4. Company Profile.
5. Last Six month Business bank statement.
6. Last Six month savings bank statement.
7. Processing Fee cheque in favor of HDFC Ltd.
8. Property Papers.
If the property is in joint name the bank needs the following papers of the co-applicant:
1. Age, Address & ID Proof.
2. One Photograph (Signed).
All the documents have to be self attested.
